In 2005, I made the decision to leave a career in public education and enter the world of recruiting.

During my time in the recruiting industry, I was able to work for two of the largest recruitment firms in the world - Robert Half and LHH Recruitment Solutions.

In that time, I became an expert at why managers hire the people they do and what they want to see in candidate resumes. Tailoring resumes and prepping talented people for jobs is what I do best.

I’ve seen good people often overlooked for jobs due to resumes that didn’t accurately articulate their capabilities. Many qualified candidates are passed over because their resumes don’t give the hiring manager a reason to say, “YES”.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve helped more than 5,000 talented people get past these hurdles. This has led to me being a part of over 3,500 individuals landing jobs at over 1,200 companies.

Stage 2 Resumes is the culmination of this experience, allowing me to directly help professionals like you navigate the murky waters of employment and get to the next stage of their job search and careers.

My approach to writing resumes is based in real-life, lived, human wisdom. While more companies are turning to AI, at Stage 2, AI will never write your resume - I will.

I came from humble beginnings as a school teacher, and I’ve always believed everyone should have access to the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

That’s why I keep my services affordable to make it possible for everyone to access real-world expertise from a real recruiting insider.
